Step-1

Send Request

(a) By filling online form

  • Send the drawing ie the plan, layout, map of your building
  • The direction must be accurate and clearly visible on the drawing( Architects usually show the north direction arrow).
  • 3 photos of the location
  • Please list your primary 3 queries/questions/concerns
  • The overall development plan
  • Note: Please take care not to send a mirror image of the actual property.

(b) Processing charge of INR 1100 paid via Payment Gateway

Step-2

Get a Fee Quote

(a) We collate all the data sent to us. If any detail is not clear, not readable or not understood by us, we request for additional information. The analysis only begins once the data is complete.

(b) We send a fee quote for your project.

(c) If you want to explain any points, you can call us. However Phone calls are chargeable, in modules of 15 minutes timeslots @ INR 3100, payable in advance with prior appointment.

Note: Turn around time is usually 7-10 days.

Step-3

Get Services

Once the fee payment is received, we will revert to you in 7-10 days with our report answering the queries raised by you.

We will also provide remedies which are custom-solutions for your property.


Fee Structure for one- time solutions:

  • Fee, fully paid in advance, for an apartment or flat or house of upto 2700 Sqft is usually between INR 27,000/- to 31000/-
  • Fee, fully paid in advance, for a single space—in a house or office is usually INR 11,000/-
  • For any other typologies or larger buildings, please share the details with us and we shall send you a competitive fee quote depending on the size, complexity and number of remedial solutions being suggested.

Fee Structure for time-bound retainership:

  • We also offer a service of retainership, where you can ask us questions that are compelling for you, over a limited period of time regarding 1 project or site. This is valid for 3 months or 6 months. The retainer fee shall be quoted once the queries and the base info is received & sifted through.
